Our bath and body products are handmade so to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers & our team, we are unable to accept or process any exchanges, refunds or returns at this time. Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at: sales@inspirebyshikamychelle.com for any damages or order issues.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable.
Shipping
Our goal is to produce amazing products AND to get them shipped to our customers as quickly as possible. Due to our products being made by hand as they are ordered, it usually takes 1-3 business days after the order is processed to be produced and ready for shipping. We pride ourselves in ensuring that every order is tailor made for each of our awesome customers.
Packages are sent out Priority Mail via USPS. We provide tracking info for all packages that we ship out. We cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive to their destination once they've been shipped. In the rare event that this happens, please follow-up with USPS regarding this matter and file a claim. We will do our very best to help solve this issue should it ever arise.
