SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to produce amazing products AND to get them shipped to our customers as quickly as possible. Due to our products being made by hand as they are ordered, it usually takes 3-4 business days after the order is processed to be produced and ready for shipping. We pride ourselves in ensuring that every order is tailor made for each of our awesome customers. 

 

Packages are sent out Priority Mail via USPS. We provide tracking info for all packages that we ship out. We cannot be held personally responsible for any packages that do not arrive to their destination once they've been shipped. In the rare event that this happens, please follow-up with USPS regarding this matter and file a claim. We value our customers and your business so we will do our very best to help fix this issue should it ever arise!
