We pride ourselves on providing our customers with amazing products at great prices, excellent customer service and going the extra mile to ensure that our customers feel special & appreciated. Our bath and body products are handmade so to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers & our team, we are unable to accept or process any exchanges, refunds or returns at this time. We value the support of our customers and we will do our best to resolve any issues should they arise. Damages and Order Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at: sales@inspirebyshikamychelle.com for any damages or order issues.  

Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable.

Shipping

Our goal is to produce amazing products AND to get them shipped to our customers as quickly as possible. Due to our products being made by hand as they are ordered, it usually takes 1-3 business days after the order is processed to be produced and ready for shipping. We pride ourselves in ensuring that every order is tailor made for each of our awesome customers.

Packages are sent out Priority Mail via USPS. We provide tracking info for all packages that we ship out. We cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive to their destination once they've been shipped. In the rare event that this happens, please follow-up with USPS regarding this matter and file a claim. We will do our very best to help solve this issue should it ever arise.  

💥 IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING SHIPPING UPDATED MAY 2021. PLEASE READ! 💥
Due to the change in weather, we will be limiting the days we ship from May-September effective immediately. It is important to us that we do our part to ensure that our customers receive their orders unaffected by the heat. As a result, we are attempting to limit the possibility of our orders being stuck in extremely hot mail trucks for extended periods of time. Though we cannot control the weather, we will always work hard to ensure that our customers receive quality products from us. 
  
Starting Monday, May 24, 2021 we will only be shipping orders outside of New York from Monday-Wednesday and orders being shipped to customers in NY will be shipped from Monday-Thursday.
