Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at: Sales@InspireByShikaMychelle.com for any damages or order issues.
Our goal is to produce amazing products AND to get them shipped to our customers as quickly as possible. Due to our products being made by hand as they are ordered, it usually takes 3-5 business days after an order is processed to be produced and ready for shipping. We pride ourselves in ensuring that every order is tailor made for each of our awesome customers. Please plan for extended processing & shipping times during the Holidays and during times of Sales Events.
* IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING SHIPPING UPDATED NOVEMBER 3, 2021 * Effective October 3rd the USPS has chosen to increase rates for the Holiday Season, unfortunately that means we have to do the same. They have also extended delivery times which means it could take longer than usual to receive packages at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience their changes may have caused. IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING SHIPPING UPDATED MAY 2021. PLEASE READ!
Due to the change in weather, we will be limiting the days we ship effective immediately until further notice. It is important to us that our customers receive their orders unaffected by the heat, so we are doing our part to limit the possibility of orders being stuck in hot mail trucks for extended periods of time. Though we cannot control the weather, we will always work hard to ensure that our customers receive quality products from us. Starting Monday, May 24, 2021 we will only be shipping orders outside of New York from Monday-Wednesday and orders being shipped to customers in NY will be shipped from Monday-Thursday.
