Kindly include your order number and photos of the received items. We will promptly assess the situation and take necessary steps to rectify it.

Cancellations All deposits are non-refundable. As a small business that takes pride in handcrafting all our products, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

Shipping Our objective is not only to create exceptional handmade products but also to ship them to you expediently. Due to the nature of made-to-order items, please allow 3-5 business days after processing for production and preparation before shipping. Each order is tailored specifically for our valued customers, ensuring a personalized experience with every purchase.
