Cancellations All deposits are non-refundable. As a small business that takes pride in handcrafting all our products, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
Shipping Our objective is not only to create exceptional handmade products but also to ship them to you expediently. Due to the nature of made-to-order items, please allow 3-5 business days after processing for production and preparation before shipping. We dispatch packages using USPS Priority Mail and provide tracking information for each shipment. While we ensure every package is sent out with care, we cannot assume personal liability for any packages that fail to reach their destination post-shipment.
